6G BRAINS team meet at partner Bosch and visit the factory floor

On 8-9 November 2022, the 6G BRAINS team met for a two-day meeting at partner Bosch in Stuttgart. Beyond progressing the work for several deliverables due at end of 2022, the meeting served as a planning milestone for the next 6 months. During the meeting, the team had the opportunity to visit the Bosch factory floor, which serves as the reference environment for multiband channel sounding and ray-trace modelling in industrial scenarios. The team had also the chance to experience the live 5G campus network, which is operational at the Bosch site in Stuttgart-Feuerbach since 2021. The 5G installation at Stuttgart-Feuerbach is considered a pioneering deployment in the context of factory of the future applications.
